01

Zero tolerance

Afrilove strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), as well as any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any account involved in such acts or content is immediately suspended, its content removed, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

02

Adults only (18 and over)

Afrilove is a dating application strictly reserved for people aged 18 or older. Registration by minors is forbidden under our Terms of Service.

  • Age declaration : every user declares their date of birth at sign-up; any account indicating an age under 18 is blocked.
  • Identity verification : identity verification via an official document and photo analysis confirms that the user is an adult and displays a Verified badge.
  • Suspected minors : any profile suspected of belonging to a minor is suspended and reviewed, and removed if minority is confirmed.
03

Prevention and moderation

  • Profile photo moderation by artificial intelligence and by our human team.
  • Detection and blocking of illegal content, including any CSAM.
  • Identity verification to reduce fake profiles and impersonation.
  • Monitoring of risky behavior and the ability to block and report any user.
04

Report content or behavior

Any user can report a profile, a message, or content directly in the app, using the reporting feature available on every profile and every conversation.

  • In the app : use the Report button on the relevant profile or conversation.
  • By email : write to us at contact@afrilove.io for any urgent child-safety report.
05

Handling reports

Child-safety reports are handled as a priority. In the event of CSAM or suspected exploitation of a minor, we remove the content, suspend the account(s) involved, preserve the necessary evidence, and report the incident to the competent national and regional authorities as well as specialized organizations (for example NCMEC for the United States).

06

Legal compliance

Afrilove complies with applicable child protection laws and cooperates with the competent authorities. Our app allows users to report child-safety concerns directly in-app, and we report cases to regional and national authorities where required by law.
